- Support various classrooms throughout the day, assisting teachers with targeted small-group and one-on-one instruction
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and resilience in students
- Be a valued part of a team dedicated to transforming educational outcomes in underserved communities
- Days: Tuesday – Thursday
- Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Duration: February 25, 2025 – April 10, 2025 (excluding holidays and school conferences)
- Key Dates Off:
- March 6: K-8 Parent-Teacher Conferences
- Experience: Prior experience tutoring or teaching elementary or middle school math
- Subject Proficiency: Strong knowledge of mathematics for grades 3 - 6
- Team Player: Collaborative spirit and a desire to work closely with teachers and students
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to connect effectively with diverse audiences
- Passion: A commitment to educational equity and social justice for minority and low-income students
- Availability: Must be able to work the specified schedule consistently
- Competitive Pay: Earn $22/hr with the opportunity to increase to $24.20/hr through a completion bonus
