The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in management and physician recruitment/sourcing, with expertise in reading, writing, analyzing, and interpreting reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. They will also possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as Salesforce, GoToMeeting, Jive phone systems, Slack, and database collection and management programs.
