We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to be a part of our growing team responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically developing and implementing recruitment-focused solutions aligned with healthcare organizations' business objectives. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development & Customer Success, partners with the client success manager for the northeast region, and interacts regularly with sales and client relations, marketing, content/media, creative, and provider services teams.
This candidate would consult strategically with recruiters to develop business solutions, and partner with their regional client success manager to develop and manage account relationships. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective and existing clients in person and virtually, deliver compelling, data-driven presentations and reports to support PracticeLink products and services, and document and report on performance, user engagement, and market insights.
Desired Skills & Experience
Four-year degree in sales, marketing, or related field; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in solution selling, account management, or strategic sales consulting.
Knowledge of and/or experience in physician recruitment process is a plus.
- Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and apply crtical thinking to problem solving.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Salesforce, virtual meeting platforms, specifically GoToMeeting, Jive phone systems, Slack, database collection and management programs
