As a Physician at Hoskinson’s Health & Wellness Clinic you will find:
We are seeking a compassionate Allergist or Immunologist Physician to permanently join our team of Internists, specialists, and other medical staff. Due to increasing demands of more complex patient panels, this position is needed to help provide quality care to the community of Gillette. This position will offer a traditional approach to medicine, along with a DPC model.
Your duties will include ensuring long-term, comprehensive, and prospective care is provided for the patient base. This will include the treatment of common and complex cases with necessary collaboration from other team members to reach an effective treatment plan. An Allergist/ Immunologist will be responsible for providing complete, comprehensive clinical care for all patients necessary, including, but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment, and coordination of care, preventative and health care maintenance to patients. You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend specialists when patients require treatment outside your medical purview. Effective teamwork abilities, communication skills, and ethics are highly important at HH&WC. - Diagnoses or treats allergic or immunologic conditions by documenting patients medical histories, conducting physical examinations of patients and ordering or performing diagnostic tests such as skin pricks and intradermal, patch, or delayed hypersensitivity tests.
- Educates patients about diagnoses, prognoses, or treatments and develops individualized treatment plans for patients considering their preferences, clinical data, and the risks and benefits of therapies. Interprets diagnostic test results to make appropriate differential diagnoses.
- Prescribes medication such as antihistamines, antibiotics, and nasal, oral, topical, or inhaled glucocorticosteroids.
- Provides therapies such as allergen immunotherapy and immunoglobulin therapy to treat immune conditions and to assess the risks and benefits of therapies for allergic and immunologic disorders.
- Effectively monitors ongoing conditions.
- Maintains knowledge related to advancements in the field of allergy and immunology.

- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000

- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
- Medical Degree with specialization in Allergy and Immunology;
- DEA certificate;
- Currently possess or have the ability to obtain a proper medical license to practice medicine in the fields of Allergy and/or Immunology in the state of Wyoming;
- American Board of Allergy & Immunology (ABAI) certified, or ABAI eligible;
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
