Position Highlights:
- Multi-level health center to include cardiology, orthopedics, and radiology
- 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
- Neighborhood clinic providing care for all ages
- Collaborative team environment with medical assistants, front office, and leadership support
- Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
- Integrated system support including specialists, urgent care, and more
- Current DEA with prescriptive authority
- FNP designation with Arizona license eligibility
- Provider who prefers to see all ages
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
