Career Opportunity Details
- Full Time (36 patient contact hours/week)
- 3 -4 day work week is an option
- No call, 100% outpatient
- Busy, traditional Family Medicine practice with care of all ages
- Collaborative, positiveand patient focused culture
- State of the art facilitieswith lab and imaging onsite
- Masters prepared Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner or Primary care focused PA
- 5 years' experience as an RN prior to obtaining Master's degreeis preferred
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, interpersonal and planning skills
- Hard working, proactive and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
- Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
- IN License or eligible
- Committed to lifelong learning and open to change
