Opportunity Details:
- Full time opportunity
- Day shift, Tuesday - Monday, 7AM - 7 PM
- Every other week off
- No Call
- Observation, Med Surg, and Progressive levels of care
- Join a team of 30 Physicians and 8 APPs
- Will work with 8-10 hospitalists per week and 2 Hospitalist APPs per week during day shift
- Will treat adult, geriatric, acute and serious health condition patients.
- Collaborative, positive and patient focused culture
- Performing initial assessments on new admissions and ICU downgrades
- Advising physicians on new admissions, downgrades, and current Obs patients
- Rounding on Obs patients
- Discharging Obs patients
- Master's degree required.
- Must be an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner ACNP or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner AGNP or Family Nurse Practitioner FNP or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Will consider experienced or a new graduate.
- Certified/Eligible and Indiana License or eligible
