IU Health Hospice -System Health Solution is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice/Palliative Care team at the IU Health Hospice. Join a collaborative team of 1 physician, and 3 support staff.

Position Details:

- Schedule M-F 8a 4:30P
- On call required
- Orientation with established providers to learn hospice processes and practice.
- Supporting hospice team with clinical expertise in comfort medications and measures for patient population with increasing needs.
- Comfortable with death and dying, strong clinical skills to provide orders and guidance related to patients with changing needs.
- Must hold either AGNP, FNP, WHNP certifications
- A min of 1 year APP Experience required.
