PositionDetails:
- 1.0 FTE, leading the Palliative team.
- Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 4:30 PM
- No call, no holidays.
- Adult Inpatient/Outpatient Consult Service
- Well-Established and comprehensive inpatientteam.
- Approximately 25-30patients per week (adult-geriatric, stroke, oncology, multiple co-morbidities)
- Provide virtual supportto our two critical access hospitals.
- Teaching opportunities with family medicine residents
- Participation in hospital and system wide incentives

- BE/BC Palliative Care
- Palliative Care Fellowship required.
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide high quality patient care
