- $110,000-150,000 (commensurate on experience)
- Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions, injuries, and infections frequently seen in a primary care practice.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Educate patients about preventative care measures, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Perform minor surgical procedures, such as suturing lacerations and removing skin lesions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to stay abreast of the latest developments in primary care medicine.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of medical practice and patient confidentiality.
- Comply with all Washington State licensing requirements
- ARNP/Nurse Practitioner License in WA
- Proof of Active National Certification
- At least 1 to 2 years related post graduate experience is preferred
- Currently licensed or eligible to be licensed in the state of Washington
- Unrestricted DEA and NPI
- Ability to be credentialed under with all major insurances as well as Medicare
- Proficient in use of the EMR
- Strong clinical skills and ability to make evidence-based medical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
