Fort HealthCare:
- Full-time; 32-patient contact hours per week
- Join advanced practice nurse practitioners and a full staff of nursing and support services.
- Average between 18-20 outpatient visits daily.
- Outpatient call, telephone only in a robust call group of 1:12, roughly 3-days of call per month

- Our employed medical staff consists of 33-physicians and 17-advanced practice practitioners in multiple specialties, including pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, Ob/Gyn, cardiology, general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, dermatology, behavioral health, child psychiatry, radiology, and wound care, conducting clinics in Fort Atkinson and 12-surrounding communities.
- Affiliate with Fort Memorial Hospital, in Fort Atkinson, which is a 49-bed not-for-profit, independent community-based hospital which serves a regional population of close to 90,000.
- ED is staffed 24/7 by EM-residency trained physicians & advanced practitioners.
- Adult hospitalist program.
- Specialty Clinic provides urology, neurology, neurosurgery, cardiology, GI, nephrology, pulmonology, rheumatology, plastic & reconstructive surgery.
