Start Date after 120 day credentialing.
- 2 MD’s – 2 APC currently
- Full time position – M-F 8a-5p preferred
- 100% outpatient – no hospital responsibility
- 40% adult, 60% geriatric
- Call is 1 weekend every 9 weeks, and an average of 4 days per month.
- Average patients per day – 17-20 – after ramp up period
- All adult/geriatric patient panel
- EPIC EMR - telehealth/evisits through MyChart
- 1:1 dedicated support by CMA or LPN
- Diabetes Educator in Practice
- See patients for scheduled appointments (sick visits, routine follow-ups, hospital follow-ups, pre-op medical clearance), refill medications, follow-up with patients on labs/imaging studies with assistance of LPN/CMA, document encounter and billing in EMR and close encounter same day. Sign home health orders and other patient correspondence as needed.
- Occasionally precepting med students from Liberty University
- Well-established practice, opportunity to be very busy

- Provider will be expected to close charts same day.
