Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Job with Indiana University Health in Indianapolis, IN

We are seekingan Advanced Practice Provider to join our compassionate Palliative Care team at IU HealthMethodist Hospitalin downtown Indianapolis, Indiana!

Position Details:

• Full-time, Day Shift
• Monday-Friday
• No weekends or call
• 100% inpatient
• No procedural requirements
• Team includes 8physicians and 8advanced practice providers
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide palliative care consultations to seriously ill patients in the acute care setting, including goals of care conversations and symptom management.
  
  

Qualifications:

• ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
• If new graduate, at least 5 years of RN experience in a high mortality setting required
