Your Role With Us:
Salem Health is seeking a Urology Physician Associate to join our Salem Health Urology team. As a Urology Physician Associate, you will work in collaboration with Urologists and other members of the healthcare team to directly manage the care of patients in the hospital, outpatient surgical and ambulatory settings.

Background/Expertise:
- Graduation from a PA program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Associate (ARC-PA) or its predecessors, e.g., CAHEA, CAAHEP.
- Successful completion of the Physician Assistant National Certifying Examination (PANCE)
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current Physician Associate license in good standing issued by the Oregon Medical Board (OMB).
- Knowledge of Lean methodology preferred
- Base salary starts at $144,441. The salary range for this position is based on experience, with the potential to earn up to $199,859 for those with 15 years of experience
- $15,000 Start Bonus
- $30,000 in Education Loan Assistance, paid over 3 years
- Up to $21,000 Relocation Assistance
- $4,000 Annual CME Allowance
- 200 hours per calendar year, plus 40 CME hours
