Praescient Analytics is seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to support the IT Programmatic and Operational Support Services for the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) with the Department of Treasury. This individual will be responsible for coordinating work across the Technology Division (TD), while ensuring that intellectual capital related to program/project management and all Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) reporting is retained in a centralized work storage area that is organized and easily retrievable by others across the division. They will be required to coordinate the work of the program team effectively with other teams working in the FinCEN environment.
This role will be hybrid based and will require some on-site requirements in the DC Metro area. US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required.

Primary Responsibilities
- Program Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT Project management plan that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and customer needs. Lead program review sessions with the client and senior management to discuss contract performance, adherence to goals, and future plans.
- Develop/maintain operational standards and operating procedures/processes
- Update/maintain risk and issue management plan and register
- Consolidate input across TD for status reports (internal & external to FinCEN)
- Support governance activities (e.g., weekly Project Review Board meetings)
- Develop draft communications/messages and educational materials in support of TD leadership and operations.
- Assist with all Treasury CIO requests for cost/schedule/performance information and other IT-related data calls
- Support all Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC) activities, to include Total Business Management (TBM).
- Assist with input of Procurement Requests (PR) into Treasury’s procurement system
- 10 years of relevant Program/Project Management experience, including support of a U.S. Government Customer
- 4 years of experience with Capital Planning & Investment Control (CPIC)
- 4 years of supervisory/personnel management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Masters Degree desired; if no BA, then 4 years of relevant work experience required in addition to the 10 years of experience
- Experienced professional must have past experience with the Department of Treasury as well as experience in managing or contracting on sizable programs or teams.
