Award winning tech solutions firm is looking to bring on a seasoned Program Manager in Alexandria, Virginia(expected once a month onsite, but must be local). This person will oversee cross-functional teams utilizing agile methodologies, as well as colloborating with clients stakeholders to solve business challenges. The ideal aspirant will be a proven pragmatist experienced overseeing : agile delivery, process improvement, strategic program planning, account management, business development, training for commercial and government clientele, and overall ensuring technical solutions satisfy business needs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of agile methodologies
- Drive program growth by facilatating and fostering stake-holder relationships and identifying opportunities for new initiatives / proposals
- Conduct performance reviews and evaluate program personnel
- Administer delivery of multiple projects within program and ensure alignment with client objectives
- Mitigate risks and deliver scope within established goals
