Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst (Ukrainian Language)

Praescient Analytics has an immediate opening for an Open Source Intelligence Analyst (Ukrainian Language) to support 1st IO Command in Alexandria, VA. As an Open Source Intelligence Analyst, you will need experience in the following:

Responsibilities:

• Conduct all-source analytic production on sources and products of information available from public, private, and U.S. and foreign Government open source materials within established security protocols. Analyzes foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights to address defense intelligence requirements.

Minimum Experience:

• Either a Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience with Ukrainian language analysis or a High School Diploma and 7 years of experience with Ukrainian language analysis.
• 3 years of experience with conducting Open Source Research (OSR) or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
• Experience with researching in the source language on foreign language website
• Experience with foreign nation's social media use, customs, and terminology.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Demonstrate ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to show Reading and Listening test scores of ILR 3 /3 or ACTFL Superior for the Ukrainian language.
• Active TS/SCI or higher clearance (Must Have)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with supporting IO planning or missions.
• Experience with commercial or government OSINT or PAI research tools.
