We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Superintendent (NETA Certified) to lead and oversee field operations in electrical testing and maintenance projects. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage teams, ensure project efficiency, and maintain the highest safety and quality standards in compliance with NETA (InterNational Electrical Testing Association) guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical power systems, field testing, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise field technicians performing electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance of power systems.
- Ensure compliance with NETA standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee and coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics to meet deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to field personnel.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety and quality control.
- Review test results and documentation to confirm adherence to industry and customer specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist with workforce training and certification to maintain high technical standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues in real-time.
- Support business development efforts by providing field expertise and project insights.
