About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team. This person is an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
We're looking for someone who is well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and a remote first company. This person will take on admin and office duties, and event coordination for the company. They ensure that the day-to-day operations of the company run smoothly. This is an impactful role that will provide a broad range of support, focused primarily on a favorable employee experience, a strong company culture, and supporting a variety of People Ops administrative needs.
Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Working with vendors for events as needed (signs, catering, furniture)
- Workspace & conference coordination
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, appointments etc. for upper management

This is an hourly, contract position based in Los Angeles (Culver City). We are open to hybrid work for this position.
