Job Summary

About the Role:
">The Project Superintendent will play a key role in the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
">This position requires a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and close-out.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and profitable completion of each project.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including weekly updates, progress reports, and final project close-out documents.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (highly preferred).
- 5-10 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years as a superintendent or similar role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
- OSHA 30-hour training card and EM 385-1-1 certification (or equivalent).
- USACE CQM desired.
