">We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and profitable completion.
">The successful candidate will have a proven track record of:
">- Effective project planning and execution
- Material management and procurement
- Equipment coordination and maintenance
- Personnel supervision and development
- Safety protocol enforcement and compliance
The Superintendent will work closely with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery. Key responsibilities include:
">- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Coordinating inspections and testing
- Communicating project information to stakeholders
- Resolving issues and conflicts as needed
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (highly preferred)
- 5-10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as a superintendent or similar role
- Proven track record of contract compliance in government construction
- Instructor-signed OSHA 30-hour training card
- Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and hazard identification procedures
- Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified
- USACE CQM desired
