**Overview of the Position:**
We are looking for a highly skilled Emergency Room Physician to join our team at Beautiful Cass Lake Indian Health Services in Cass Lake, Minnesota.
This is a long-term locum ER doctor position that requires the candidate to have a strong background in emergency medicine and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the emergency room.
- Order diagnostic tests and interpret results to make accurate diagnoses.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed medical records and documentation of patient interactions and treatments.
**Requirements:**
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine.
- Valid state medical license to practice in the USA.
- DEA registration number.
- ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
- At least 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting.
