Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A completion of a (3) year residency program in a primary care specialty such as Family Practice, Pediatrics or Internal Medicine
- A current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- A Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program
