Primary Accountabilities :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilities & Fleet Manager to oversee the company’s fleet program and have responsibility for management of maintenance / upkeep of our local facilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Major Duties : Facilities Oversight
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for all facilities.
- Manage and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that facilities meet their needs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement energy conservation programs.
- Manage and maintain all equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans
