What are the responsibilities and job description for the Family Medicine Physician Opportunity position at Prairie Band, LLC?
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate physician to join our team at White Earth Health Center in Ogema, MN. As a primary care provider, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional medical care to patients of all ages and health concerns.
- 8 hour shifts 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday
- Full Time Hours
- Up to 1 year contract with additional extension options
You will be responsible for examining and diagnosing the health-related conditions of individuals requesting care, referring individuals for consultation when appropriate, prescribing and carrying out therapy in conformance with approved clinical privileges, and educating individuals in the nature of health-related conditions.
A successful candidate must possess a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration from a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. Board certification in Family Medicine is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in family practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong diagnostic, clinical, organizational, and time-management skills, and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. They will also be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and be willing to comply with all state and federal regulations regarding medical practice.
