Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team at Beautiful Cass Lake Indian Health Services in Cass Lake, Minnesota. As a member of our medical staff, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting preventive healthcare measures.
About the Position
- This is a full-time contract position for up to 1 year with potential options for extension.
- The physician will work on an 8-hour shift schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive examinations and diagnose health-related conditions.
- Make referrals as needed and prescribe therapies.
- Provide patient education and maintain detailed records of patient interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family practice is required.
- Board certification in Family Medicine and current BLS certification are also required.
- A valid U.S. medical license and DEA registration are required.
