What You'll Do:
Transaction Management
- Record daily financial activity in our accounting system
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and track petty cash transactions
Accounts & Payroll
- Support both accounts receivable and payable workflows
- Monitor aging invoices and flag overdue accounts
- Assist with payroll processing, deductions, and benefits
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Help prepare internal financial reports
- Ensure all recordsreceipts, POs, invoicesare organized and audit-ready
- Support requests from our CPA or external auditors
You're a Fit If You:
- Have 3 years of bookkeeping experience
- Know your way around QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
- Understand accounting principles and take pride in accuracy
- Are highly organized, analytical, and deadline-driven
- Communicate clearly and collaborate well with a team

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $22 $27 per hour, depending on experience
