Prairie Blue Landscapesis looking for hard-working, reliable team players to join our company as aLandscape Construction Foreman. This is a position for someone looking for a long-term career path with a successful company in which they can take pride in the quality of their work.
As a Landscape Construction Crew Leader you will lead a 3 man crew working on high-end residential properties, ensuring that all work is performed safely, on quality and on budget. Foreman will be responsible overseeing and executing landscape construction work including planting, grading, bed preparation, timber and boulder walls, sod installation, mulching, drainage work and other landscape construction tasks as needed. This position requires understanding of the safe operation of equipment.
Crew Leader candidates must have a minimum of 1 year experience leading a crew, the ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physical field work, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
This is a seasonal position with excellent potential for growth and development and a benefits package that includes a 401 (k) Plan, Profit Sharing Plan, Paid Time Off and more.
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
The 2025 Season will start the week of March 17, weather permitting.
