About the job : As a Program Director, you are responsible for all aspects of our 24-hour operation of program serving people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injuries, challenging behaviors and/or mental health needs. This includes supervision and training of staff , ensuring coordination and execution of person-centered programming and positive support services for people served, day to day coordination of program, maintaining records and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or as dictated by licensure.
- Must pass DHS background clearance.
- Must have valid driver’s license and meet company driving criteria.
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
- Must have a BA or BS degree in human services or a related field.
