Must be local to commute to Tempe, Arizona Office - Hybrid 3 days a week on-site

What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the Voice of HR: You’ll be the go-to person for employees and managers, answering HR-related questions and resolving issues through multiple channels (email, phone, HR systems).
- Support & Educate: Help employees navigate HR systems, explain policies and processes, and encourage self-service tools like the HR Portal.
- Collaborate with HR Teams: Work alongside other HR professionals to ensure cases are handled swiftly and share feedback to improve processes.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all HR services are delivered with professionalism, adhering to service level agreements, and documenting everything accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- A college degree (or relevant HR experience)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail
- Teamwork is essential—we want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus!)
