We are looking for a Wire Operations Specialist to support our Chicago Wire Operations Team, handling wire payments, transfers, and SWIFT messages in a fast-paced, high-risk environment.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Process and repair incoming/outgoing wire transfers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✅ Monitor work queues and handle exceptions related to wire payments and SWIFT messages.
✅ Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and potential risks.
✅ Respond to email inquiries regarding wire transfer statuses.
What You Bring:
🔹 Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook).
🔹 A quick learner with strong attention to detail.
🔹 Willingness to be trained and work in a collaborative team environment.
Nice to Have:
