this position serves as lead worker in the Food Service Department for CFSL 2’s and Persons in Our Care (PIOC). The duties include training and directing staff, maintaining inventories, preparing production sheets and adjusting menus and menu items as needed. The overall sanitation of the kitchen and dining room is supervised by this position to be in compliance of all DOC, State, and Federal guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $23.24 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
