Exceptional Sales Performance
We are seeking sales professionals who excel at discovering sales motivations, building relationships, overcoming objections, and closing deals. Although senior living experience is not required, a willingness and determination to meet sales and census goals is essential. The compensation package includes a base salary, outstanding commission earning potential, and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Key Responsibilities:
- You will interact with seniors, their family members, and other influencers as they explore new living options.
- You will present the different lifestyles available at your community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, along with personalized care services, to create tailored plans for each resident's needs.
- You will conduct community tours, host prospect and professional events to build occupancy in your community.
- Five or more years of proven commission-based sales experience.
- Compassionate attitude with an interest in working with seniors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-making.
- Expertise in discovering sales motivations and needs.
- Ability to close sales in person and over the phone.
- Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals.
- Professional image that inspires confidence and trust.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking leads, and sales activities.
