Job Summary
This position oversees the operations of the Revenue Cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing of services while maximizing collection of revenue.
Responsibilities include:
• Develops and implements strategies that optimize and measure revenue cycle performance.
• Maintains industry knowledge to ensure compliance and to provide organizational guidance on billing rules and regulations.
• Leads and directs the operations of a high-performing revenue cycle function.
• Oversees front-end, middle, and back-end processes, including scheduling and pre-registration, registration, health information management, documentation, coding, charge capture, billing, revenue integrity, revenue recovery, and cash collections.
• Maintains coding and documentation audits, appeals, and complaint resolution.
• Participates in payer relationships, negotiations, monitors compliance, and develops strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
5 years of leadership experience.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in revenue cycle operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience engaging in the implementation of new processes, enterprise-wide initiatives, and/or technologies.
