Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Foster and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their unique insurance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Sales Growth: Drive new business by identifying opportunities that meet our risk appetite and business type.
Consultative Sales: Provide expert advice to clients on a range of commercial insurance products, ensuring they are equipped to make informed decisions.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy renewals, adjustments, and claims, ensuring their continued satisfaction and retention.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor products to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Client Education: Educate clients on risk management practices and the benefits of various insurance options, building trust and rapport.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in business-to-business sales. Prefer insurance sales experience but not required.
Licensing: Active Iowa Property & Casualty Licenses are required for employment but not to apply.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer-Centric: A strong commitment to delivering personalized and responsive client service.
Adaptability: Comfortable with hybrid work models, effectively managing time between office and remote work.
