We are seeking driven and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representatives to help build our agency from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for outbound warm calling, quoting and closing new customers, and handling inbound inquiries to provide the best insurance solutions. Responsibilities
- Proactively engage leads through warm outbound calling to generate new business
- Quote and close insurance policies that meet customer needs and drive agency growth
- Handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Stay informed on Allstate insurance products and industry trends to better serve clients
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships and explain policy options
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy quoting and processing
- Persuasive sales skills with the ability to close deals and overcome objections
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office collaboration
