Description :
Performs administrative and office support activities for busy headquarter office. The candidate selected will be responsible for a variety of duties including; fielding telephone calls, responding to basic inquiries, transcribing documents, scheduling appointments, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as initial contact for all phone inquiries from internal and external parties.
- Conduct client calls for quality control.
- Track and organize office materials and equipment.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and events.
- Assist in the production of printed materials, meeting documents and invitations.
- Provide research support on a variety of topics, collect and track information in spreadsheets and then provide report back to management
- Input information on spreadsheets with a high attention to quality.
- Review, edit and / or draft messages (e.g., email, monthly newsletters, weekly articles, or other communications)
- Track and order supplies as needed
- Basic office support including running errands and other support services.
