We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site, Administrative Assistant in our Registrar’s Office. This position is responsible for grade processing, providing office administrative and operations support, and providing top of the line customer service to students, faculty and staff, and community members. The pay for this position is $16.50/hr.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the department and be the first point of contact.
- Manage phone calls, emails, scheduling meetings, meeting minutes and meeting preparations.
- Oversee and manage department purchases and maintenance of computers and printers.
- Process final grades, special edits, incomplete/late grades, and Collegiate Connection grades.
- Provide assistance to other areas of the Registrar's Office: graduation, room scheduling requests/changes, and registration changes.
- Direct inquiries on missing grades each term.
- Process Enrollment and Degree Verification Requests.
- Process Transcript Account Resets.
- Processes academic renewal requests, and grade changes.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and student employees
- A High School diploma or GED.
- 2 years of customer service at the executive level.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong computer and technology skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage office.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to tactfully resolve problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree.
- Experience working in Higher Education.
- Experience with Banner.
