Position Summary:
Develop and implement contact protocol, optimize and provide company training for the PRESTO platform.
Identify top l000 leads in PRI database to share PRESTO data with, creating and distributing PRESTO data to all
interested contacts. Follow up will include a written SOP of recommended follow-up to advise and encourage
ongoing development of projects with the customer.
As a PRESTO manager for PRI, your role is to deliver and manage trusted ecosystem information to employees
and customers, ensuring they receive the most accurate and appropriate information.
Qualification Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Ecology, or related fields
• Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite,
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Experience training
Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the administration role in gathering PRESTO data
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements
• Develop and maintain workflows, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency, and
enable consistent and rapid customer service and quality control.
• Develop and provide ongoing training to employees using PRESTO to ensure they capture critical
information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PRESTO; including data inconsistencies, errors, and other
concerns.
Stay informed about PRESTO updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous
improvement.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration and technical support when necessary.
• Montor system performance, data integrity, and security to ensure smooth operation.
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new Zoho applications or features as needed.
• Maintain documentation of PRESTO customizations, and processes.
Miscellaneous Duties
• System setup and maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware, telephone, and software
• User accounts: Establishing and managing user accounts and system permissions
• PRESTO onboarding and training of PRI staff and customers
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees
• Documentation: Creating documentation
• Automation: Automating tasks
Work Environment
This position primarily, but not always works inside an office with regulated temperature. There will be
interaction with other departments and locations. Consistently uses office equipment such as laptop computers,
printers, scanners, telephones.
Physical Demands
Must be able to move objects up to 40 lbs. and use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over
time without fatigue. Constant movement and use of limbs. This position requires good manual dexterity and
coordination.
