- Coordinate leave updates with the Benefits and Leaves Program Manager as needed.
- Provide education and assistance to employees and stakeholders throughout the workers compensation process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to workers compensation claims.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of workers compensation laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Insurance, Finance, Risk Management, or Business Administration preferred.
- Three years of experience working with workers compensation claims is strongly preferred.
