Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring that PSGC's Workers Compensation program is aligned with the company's core values, resulting in the best possible outcomes for employees. The incumbent will be responsible for risk identification, loss prevention, and overall claims management, as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to provide injured employees with quality care and rehabilitation treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize risk and improve workplace safety.
- Collaborate with the benefits and leave program manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the workers compensation program.
- Provide education and support to employees and management on workers compensation policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of workers compensation claims and case files.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and PSGC policies.
- Develop and manage a transitional return-to-work program to facilitate smooth reintegration of employees.
