To oversee all areas of administration for the women's basketball program and management of the women's basketball team and the assistant coaching staff.

Job Description
To oversee all areas of administration for the women's basketball program and management of the women's basketball team and the assistant coaching staff.
Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for the administration and daily operations of the women's basketball program and management of the assistant coaching staff and members of the women's basketball team. Will assist with managing the budget for the sport. Will schedule practice sessions and conditioning workouts, will work with assistant coaches to plan pre-season and season competition schedules, making travel arrangements and securing lodging for teams away games, and will schedule team meetings.
- Will work with Athletics Compliance and Academic Advising to monitor the academic progress of the athletes participating in women's basketball. Will attend all NCAA rules trainings, coaches clinics, workshops, and conventions to keep current with all trends, strategies, and techniques relating to the sport of women's basketball. Will arrange and oversee the recruitment of prospective athletes for the women's basketball team.
- Will scout and recruit prospective student-athletes from high schools and junior college that will fit with the program both academically and athletically. Will coordinate all phases of recruiting for the softball program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years of coaching experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
