Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled SAP PP/MM Consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production planning and procurement processes align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement the SAP PP and SAP MM modules.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions in production planning, material management, and inventory management.
- Support the integration between PP/MM and other SAP modules, especially SAP FICO, SD, and WM.
- Optimize the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) process, production scheduling, and master data management.
- Implement procurement, inventory management, and invoice verification within SAP MM.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP and MM modules.
- Develop technical documentation and maintain system standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation with a strong focus on Controlling (CO).
• Expertise in cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis (CO-PA).
• Strong understanding of financial accounting processes (FI), including GL, AP, AR, and asset management.
• Knowledge of integration points between FICO and PP/MM.
• Proficiency in SAP reporting tools and ability to create CO reports for internal management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client management abilities.
Preferred Skills for Both Roles:
• Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods industries.
• SAP certification in PP/MM or FICO modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Project management skills and experience leading SAP implementation projects.
• Ability to travel as required (up to 20%).
