Desired Qualifications/Knowledge:
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect preferred
- 10 years architectural or design experience
- Advanced knowledge of project execution
- Strong aptitude in planning with strong technical documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate and integrate work with designers, engineers, construction administrators, consultants and any other members of the project team
- Ability to manage multiple projects of a complex scope
- Knowledge of Revit, Enscape Excel, Deltek Vision, and Newforma desired
- Ability to travel to and from the office to client/job sites. Valid Drivers License and access to insured vehicle during business hours.
- Experience coaching and mentoring others
- Able to modify communications, both oral and written based on the intended audience: team members, clients, consultants, contractors, leadership, etc.
- Experience in negotiations and creating/delivering presentations

Work Environment:
Duties and responsibilities are generally performed in an office setting. Occasional travel to offsite locations to perform work and work-related tasks or to attend meetings may be required. Work may be required outside of standard business hours as project needs may require meeting attendance or work be performed in evenings or weekends.
