About the Role
The Corrugated Packaging Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high-quality production of corrugated boxes and other packaging materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries;
- Inspect packaging materials for defects and quality issues;
- Perform quality checks using micrometers and tape measures;
- Able to read production sheets and identify any errors or discrepancies;
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality control data;
- Collaborate with machine operators to resolve any production issues;
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred;
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience;
- Able to work extended hours and weekends as needed;
