Basic Requirements
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior exposure to the packaging industry and manufacturing operations, particularly plastic and paper converting, is highly valued.
Competence and Capabilities
- Solid command over mechanical troubleshooting
- Experience with setting up machines for productions
- Strong mathematical application skills
A licensing requirement may include maintaining a Lift Truck Operator certification. Experience a fast-paced work environment that involves standing, walking, lifting, and occasional exposure to varied elements and loud noises.
