- Relevant certifications in construction safety and management are preferred

- Manage project schedules and resources, coordinating with team members to meet deadlines.
- Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers, fostering strong relationships.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
