Pratt and Whitney Eagle Supply is the F100, F119, F135 component repair management organization for Pratt and Whitney Military Engines. Eagle Supply manages the maintenance, repair and overhaul value stream to meet Pratt and Whitney Engine Program, Fleet Management and US Government Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul contract requirements.
Eagle Supply is seeking a Delivery Assurance Specialist to support all three programs.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage supplier On Time Delivery
Manage contract On Time Delivery
Host weekly supplier meetings for suppliers with 95% or below on time delivery metric. Ensure supplier provides a recovery plan for problem parts
Create and host assigned supplier business reviews
Update weekly Quad Charts with accurate data and information for supplier with low on time delivery
Track parts for SHIP date, VREC date, VSHIP date, and PO closed date; any dates outside of 10 days window must follow the LDD process in its entirely - a thorough investigation must be done to understand how it was damaged or lost.
Open WIP must be tracked weekly (any parts overdue must have reasons documented)
Receipt (VREC) and ship (VSHIP) should be closely monitored (see LDD) .
Track parts shipped from assigned supplier
Enter turnbacks for out of process situations
Provide resolution within 48 hours for parts in Frustrated Clinic
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years' of relevant experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supply chain/procurement with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
