Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Project Manager, located in Rahway, NJ. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of projects, managing logistics, and expediting processes. Daily tasks include conducting inspections, ensuring project timelines are met, coordinating with various stakeholders, and supporting the Project Manager in all aspects of project management. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and Expediting
- Skills in Logistics Management and Inspection
- Proven ability to act as an Expeditor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience in Roofing projects is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software is advantageous
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
