About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Production Operations Manager to lead our production team in Hamilton, MS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable and efficient operation of our facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct plant priorities and activities, providing guidance and direction to technicians.
- Ensure technicians are trained and supported to maximize their potential.
- Proactively communicate with Area Facilities Manager on operating plans and deviations.
- Drive improvements in productivity and cost savings.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulatory, policy, and internal engineering standards.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's degree in Applied Sciences or equivalent apprenticeship is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of production operations experience in an industrial environment is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of chemical plants, particularly industrial gas plant processes, is desired.
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment is necessary.
- Excellent communication, team interaction, and presentation skills are essential.
