Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Champion: Build strong relationships with clients, anticipate their needs, and ensure they get the VIP treatment they deserve.
- Project Maestro: Serve as the internal and external point of contact for customers and sales teams, managing job processing with flawless execution.
- Master of Details: Ensure every aspect of the project is communicated clearly and executed seamlessly—because excellence is in the details.
- Data Dynamo: Process job cards, review quotes and purchase orders, and keep customers updated on their orders.
- Team Collaborator: Work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Scheduling to ensure everything is running like a well-oiled machine.
- Hands-On Leader: Be present for new project setups, customer site visits, and critical meetings.
- Customer Whisperer: Handle customer calls like a pro, responding with professionalism, urgency, and an unwavering commitment to solutions.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 3 years in Customer Service, Account Management, or a similar role.Education: High school diploma required; an Associate’s Degree is a plus!Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a bonus.Go-Getter Attitude: You take initiative, work independently, and always stay one step ahead.Communication Rockstar: Strong English skills—because words matter, and you use them well!Multi-Tasking Pro: You can juggle priorities like a pro.
